Just look at Grayson’s (Jordi Vilasuso) life.

When he first arrived on Beyond the Gates, he seemed like a kind and respectable doctor working at Garland. But before long, viewers discovered he was deeply tangled up in the dangerous plasma ring operation secretly running through the hospital halls.

Grayson originally got involved because he needed extra money to help his mother through her illness. But now, after seeing just how dangerous things have become, he wants out more than anything.

Unfortunately, getting out may not be that simple.

Grayson’s Dangerous Mission Takes a Turn

Grayson is handed another assignment, and for a moment, it seems like he may actually be close to freedom.

After completing the high-stakes task for the plasma ring, Grayson likely believes he can finally breathe again and leave this dangerous world behind.

But freedom is not exactly in the cards.

Just when Grayson thinks he is in the clear, everything goes completely sideways at the warehouse.

Given how dangerous this operation has already proven to be, there is no telling who could end up hurt once the dust settles.

The Cotillion Finally Arrives

Meanwhile, Fairmont Crest is focused on one of the biggest social events of the season: the cotillion.

Samantha (Najah Jackson) and Jessica (Camryn Jade) are officially stepping into the spotlight as the “platinum debutantes,” making their grand entrances in what should be a glamorous and unforgettable evening.

The gowns are stunning. The ballroom looks elegant. And on the surface, everything appears picture-perfect.

Still, this is the DMV, and viewers know better than to expect a completely drama-free night.

Nicole Faces a Sudden Emergency

While the younger crowd is busy focusing on the cotillion festivities, Nicole (Daphnee Duplaix) suddenly finds herself dealing with a major emergency.

Beyond the Gates spoilers for May 19 reveal that Nicole is pulled away after being hit with an urgent situation that demands her attention immediately.

Nicole has already been juggling complicated emotions involving Ted (Keith D. Robinson) and Carlton (Robert Christopher Riley) while also doing everything possible to keep her family together.

At the same time, she continues showing up for the people she loves whenever they need her, including recently stepping in to battle Anastasia on behalf of her granddaughter.

That is simply who Nicole is.
