Beyond the Gates Spoilers: Kat Gatecrashes Anita and Vernon’s Romance
Just when you thought Fairmont Crest couldn’t get any wilder after the warehouse disaster, next week’s episodes of Beyond the Gates are dropping absolute bombshells. From a jaw-dropping return of a presumed-dead character to laugh-out-loud family interruptions, this is a week you cannot afford to miss.
First up, a little passion is brewing downstairs at the Dupree mansion. Matriarch Anita and her husband Vernon are taking some time to indulge in a little romance on the couch.
“Let’s get to it,” Anita says as the two start smooching. But before the lovebirds can take things any further, in walks their granddaughter, Kat! Kat quickly covers her eyes in utter shock and embarrassment at the sight of her grandparents making out.
A Massive Miracle: Doug McBride Is Back!
Meanwhile, the absolute shocker of the week lands right on the McBride family. Deanna is left completely shell-shocked when she comes face-to-face with her father, Dr. Doug McBride, in the flesh!
As viewers remember, Doug was presumed dead in a fiery car crash back in late 2025. Staring at a literal ghost, a breathless Deanna asks, “Daddy, is this real?“
Doug replies, “You’re just going to stare, or are you going to come over and see for yourself?”
Many questions will arise if he is alive. How did he survive? Where has he been? And what does his return mean for Vanessa and Joey? Fairmont Crest is about to be turned upside down.
Frank Talks and Shocking Promotions
In other parts of town, Martin is with Tyrell for a little fatherly bonding. Martin gently reminds Tyrell that they can talk about absolutely anything. Tyrell tests those boundaries, asking his dad if that open-door policy includes the subject of sex.
Over at the hospital, Ted is in Nicole’s office to deliver some huge professional news. He informs her that he went to the board and told them that Nicole would make an excellent Chief of Staff.
Nicole is completely blindsided by the aggressive career push. Instead of celebrating, she lashes out at the unexpected move. “Are you out of your mind?” she asks.
Leslie Catches Hayley in a Corner
Finally, Leslie approaches Hayley yet again. She refuses to buy Hayley’s innocent act. Leslie insists that Hayley is simply playing a calculating long game.
Hayley, however, stands her ground. She claims that she isn’t playing games with anyone. But Leslie points out, “You just haven’t got caught yet.“
