In the exclusive preview released by Extra TV, Ashia excitedly explains why she is packing so many products for her trip to Nigeria.

She says, “I’m big on beauty, and I’m big on Maxwell’s self-care. So I’m bringing a lot of products ‘cause they don’t have a lot of stuff in Nigeria. So I’m always pushing products on it. You know, I just had him at the esthetician. So, he just got a chemical peel.”

She calls herself “a visionary” who always sees the “full potential” in everything before it’s there, adding, “Like I already see the new him.”

Ashia then points out exactly what she wishes to make in Maxwell’s appearance.

“Starting from the head and going down,” she says. “I definitely would like Maxwell to have a fuller hairline. It’s a little jagged. We call it the M. Of course, his skin. And it wouldn’t be bad for him to get some braces.”

The 90 Day Fiancé season 12 clip shows Ashia packing hair growth oil, acne body wash, and retinol serums while explaining what each product is supposed to fix.

She says Maxwell needs a hair transplant, but in the meantime, she packs a hair growth serum, which she hopes can bring “some extra hair follicles in his temples.”

Since Maxwell has some acne on his back and shoulders, Ashia packs a body wash for that along with a retinol serum, which “helps with the texture and blemishes.”

“I’m sure it’s times where he feels like I’m going overboard, but he realizes once he sees the results that I’m right,” she admits and then adds, “This man going to be a model when I’m through with him.”

Who are Ashia and Maxwell on 90 Day Fiancé season 12?

90 Day Fiancé season 12: Ashia has big plans for Maxwell's “glow-up” in Nigeria - PRIMETIMER

Ashia is a 38-year-old Pentecostal Prophetess-in-training from Alabaster, Alabama. Meanwhile, Maxwell is her 28-year-old fiancé from Awka, Nigeria.

The couple faced major problems because of K-1 visa delays, as TLC’s official description teases their connection as,

“Their journey hits major roadblocks when K-1 visa troubles stall their plans, pushing Ashia to travel to Nigeria with her mother in hopes of finding a new way forward. There, the couple faces clashing families, differing expectations, and questions about their age gap and plans for children. As tensions rise and new obstacles emerge with the K-1 visa, Ashia and Maxwell consider marrying in Nigeria and pursuing a spousal visa, setting the stage for one of the season’s most unpredictable love stories.”

Another major arc in their storyline on 90 Day Fiancé is Ashia’s strong religious beliefs.

In her first scene, she spoke at church about finally finding her future husband after years of praying.

She said, “Every prophetic word you spoke on my life is coming to pass…..Lord like when are you going to bring my husband and it was just not coming,” she said. “It just seemed like it just was not coming and it just finally happened.”

According to Ashia, she believed God told her to “widen” her dating search internationally and then matched with Maxwell online.

She explained, “I knew I had to do something different. And I had to widen my search abroad maybe and within two weeks we matched with each other. Ashia later added, “I know for a fact that Maxwell was brought to me by God. I have no doubt in my mind. And if you got God on your side, what can go wrong?”
